This lovely penthouse apartment is set in the Dream Hills community of Los Altos in Orihuela Costa very close to Los Balcones, San Miguel and Playa Flamenca etc.  Standing on top of the ground floor property, this first floor apartment has a covered patio area housing the front door which opens up directly in to the lounge and dining area.  The lounge is well furnished with patio doors leading out to a private front balcony and an external staircase that takes you up to the fantastic solarium offering a superb spot for relaxing and taking in the views across the community and the salt lakes of San Miguel. UK, French and Spanish Television is installed and there is a DVD player for your favourite films.   Fibre Optic WiFi has also now been installed so you can stay connected with friends or family or even work while you are away on your holidays !  The kitchen is independent and fully fitted with all the usual appliances.  Towards the rear of the lounge area is the guest bedroom that has been equipped with two single beds and has built in wardrobes.  Next door is the master bedroom which is quite spacious and has a double bed and plenty of wardrobe space.  Both of the bedrooms share the full bathroom that is equipped with a full size bath and shower.  The lounge and both bedrooms now have independent hot and cold air conditioning installed to keep you at the right temperature throughout the year.

The communal swimming pool is approx. 75M away from the apartment and is set in lovely enclosed garden areas surrounded by a natural park area and children’s play ground.  Local amenities are just a short walk away from the apartment with the closest comercial area being just 80M from the property and there are larger comercial areas and supermarkets all within walking distance.  The beach is around 5 minutes by car and there is a local bus route but car hire is recommended.
