There are many Property Management Companies and even neighbours who will offer to look after your property but as with all trades there are good and bad so choose carefully and be informed. There can also be a wide range of services offered within a management contract for differing prices that you should investigate.

Aset provides a full rental service and will take complete care of all the bookings that we receive through our website, office and advertising. We will liaise with the client and the owner to ensure that all bookings are confirmed with all the parties, take deposits in the form of credit card or Paypal invoices. Meet & Greet services for renters, car hire, bicycle hire, welcome packs and transportation services are just some of the benefits we can offer to clients who wish to rent a property for their Spanish Holiday in Southern Spain.

Owners wishing to advertise their property themselves are encouraged to do so and Aset will then take care of any bookings received by the owner and we will reduce our usual commission for this type of booking as you have provided the client.
