With continued restrictions on our usual check in systems, we have found the need to introduce a new system for checking in and arriving at your holiday property to protect ourselves and you from any possible spread of Covid 19.
Previously upon arrival, it has been necessary to scan the passports or ID cards of all guests over the age of 16. Then each guest must sign the scan and that is sent to the authorities, just the same as when checking into a hotel. Now the contact between people and signing of documents, sharing pens and equipment etc is being limited where ever possible. In order to achieve the least contact possible, we have adopted a “Pre-check in” system.
The “Pre-check in” system means that two weeks prior to your reservation arrival date, you will receive an email from us with instructions of how to check in. This does involve downloading of a free application via Playstore or Appstore, and inputting the code that we will send to you. Once you input the code, you will be asked to use your device to scan your passport or ID card and then sign on the screen of your device. Once you have scanned and signed all the ID documents and complete the process the documents will be dispatched to us and you do not need to do anything else.
Upon arrival at your holiday accommodation, you will be met by our representative who will be wearing a face mask (as required). Our representative will keep the required social distancing of 2m at all times possible and will take ONE person from your group into the accommodation to show you around and answer any questions you may have. It is obligatory for this person to wear a face mask. Gloves are optional but recommended. It is very important that the rest of your group wait outside until our representative has left the accommodation.
You will only be supplied one set of keys for the property and they will be disinfected before your arrival.
