SES HOSPEDAJES CHECK-IN
In accordance with the ever changing regulations, our check in systems now comply with current legal requirements and all our properties are registered with the SES HOSPEDAJES platform and are ready to check in our guests.
Previously upon arrival, it has been necessary to scan the passports or ID cards of all guests over the age of 16. Then each guest must sign the scan and that is sent to the authorities, just the same as when checking into a hotel. Now we are required to gather even more information. This means that upon arrival or before arrival when using the self check in service, we are required to scan identity documents for ALL guests – even minors ! We now require the following information for each guest;
- Contact number or email
- Home address
- Relationship to the main guest
- Payment method
ARRIVAL
Upon arrival at your holiday accommodation, you will be met by our representative who will answer any questions you may have and they will show you around your rental property and explain any important procedures. You will also find a QR code and if you scan this it will automatically connect you to the internet.
