The Villa stands on a private plot with a lovely private swimming pool and well maintained terraces. An external staircase leads to the huge private solarium offering excellent views of the surrounding areas including the famous Pink Salt Lakes. The solarium has a sunbathing area on one side, an outdoor kitchen with Gas BBQ, multifuction sports table that can be used as a pool table, table tennis and even air hockey Table ! On the other side of the solarium is a comfy seating area with a gas fire pit table.

Internally we have a magnificent entrance hall with leads to the master bedroom suite with en-suite bathroom, built in wardrobes and patio doors leading directly to the swimming pool area. Further along the hallway, we have the main bathroom with walk in shower and the two further guest bedrooms, each with fitted wardrobes and patio doors providing access to the private gardens. The lounge area is a lovely light and modern space, open plan with patio doors leading to an external covered seating area alongside the private pool.
