5 Bed Detached Villa with Private Pool and WiFi – in Villamartin

Here is an excellent Villa with private pool and summer kitchen, 5 bedrooms and two lounges. The villa has front and rear terraces, garden area around the pool along with a sunbathing area, balcony and private solarium.  Set in a small private residencial community, the access road is a dead end so there is no through traffic but the road is narrow and difficult to park on so the villa has a private driveway for car parking in the front garden area.  The private pool is located at the side of the house where there is also a large outdoor dining table and chairs and at the top end of the pool is the great outdoor summer kitchen complete with stone BBQ.  On the other side of the kitchen is a dedicated sunbathing area where you can spend hours relaxing.  A few steps lead up to the main entrance of the villa and this opens directly in to the lounge and dining area.  The lounge has an open fire for the winter months, UK Tv, Hi speed broadband and patio doors leading to a neat and sunny front patio, perfect for morning coffee.  The other side of the lounge houses the dining area and a large family dining table opposite the stairs that lead to the lower level or the two higher levels.  Along the hallway, you will find a bathroom with a shower, guest bedroom with twin beds and built in wardrobes.  The other side of the hallway is the fully fitted independent kitchen complete with American style fridge and separate store room and laundry area.  Up the stairs to the first floor, there is an access hallway that has a door at one end to a private balcony and a guest bedroom with twin beds and built in wardrobes. The main bathroom is just along from here and is divided into two sections with dual wash basins in the first section and the toilet and full bath in the other side.  The other side of the hall has the very spacious master bedroom which has a double bed, lots of wardrobe space and a patio door to a nice private balcony.  You can go upstairs again where you have the full use of the private solarium.  In the lower level of the villa, there is a large lounge with a fussball table, store room, bathroom with walk in shower, guest bedroom with twin beds and a guest bedroom with a double bed.  Ducted air conditioning provides heating or cooling for the upper levels but the lower level does not have air conditioning, Floor standing fans are provided should they be required.  This is a great villa and will provide great accommodation for a family holiday. Villamartin plaza is approximately 20 minutes walk from the villa or just a few minutes by car.
