This fantastic property has been well looked after, maintained and modernised by the new owners to offer lovely relaxing accommodation in an excellent location just a stones throw from the ever popular La Fuente comercial centre and of course, the local golf courses including Las Ramblas and Campoamor.

The ground floor has the fully fitted kitchen and utility area where you will find the washing machine and all the usual kitchen equipment. The property does have a communal pool which is located approx 300m from the house and this is only for the use of residents of RIOJA so this is accessed by a key. This is a large landscaped pool and it has toilet facilities on site.
