A studio apartment right up to a large detached villa with a private pool could be your new base for up to 12 months on an official legally binding Spanish contract. Minimum term for long lets is 3 month and the tenant is responsible for paying the utility bills that apply to the rental period.

Standard rental terms are two months rental monies as a deposit and the first month rent is payable upon receipt of the keys for the property. To complete the rental contract we will need your passport, previous address and a reference from an employer in addition to the deposit payment.
