For larger families, we have this excellent large spacious Villa with accommodation for up to 12 people.  The Villa can be split in to two different self contained areas if required.  Constructed on the side of a slope there are two floors that are on ground level although the Villa itself is spread over three floors.  The lower level has direct access to the landscaped gardens and private swimming pool and has a large lounge, fully fitted kitchen, bathroom, main bedroom with double bed, open plan guest bedroom with two sets of bunk beds and a reception room that has been furnished with a good quality sofa bed should this space is required to make the fifth bedroom.  The main entrance is on the middle level of the Villa at street level and offers very large living spaces with a reception / dining room and open plan semi circular lounge with an open fire, freeview television and WIFI.  There is an open plan fully fitted white kitchen, bathroom and bedroom with a double bed.  The emphasis is on space in this villa and there are many areas to choose from to sit and relax and enjoy your surroundings.  Upstairs, there is the main bedroom with a double bed and a full bathroom and access to the private solarium. The solarium has a covered section where a fussball table has been installed for your enjoyment.  Superb views of the surrounding countryside and the sea in the distance can be found on the solarium as well as overlooking the private gardens and pool.  Superbly maintained and set out the villa has hot and cold air conditioning in the main lounge and master bedroom and central heating throughout.  UK and European television is installed in both living areas and WIFI is available within the Villa.  Set in a very well established residential area, the Villa enjoys a great location at the top of the hill approximately a 10 minute stroll to local supermarkets, shops and bars. Golf courses such as Campoamor, Las Colinas, Las Ramblas and Villlamartin are all easily accessible within 5 minutes by car.  There is a well populated commercial center at the entrance of El Galan but if you are looking for more night life, the center of La Fuente is less than 5 minutes away by car or taxi and beaches of Campoamor, Cabo Roig and La Zenia will take no longer than 10 minutes to reach by car where you can enjoy the wonderful sandy beaches, beach bars and restaurants or one of the two Marinas and all the usual water sports.
