Set in one of the most popular developments in Villamartin, this fantastic apartment offers superb accommodation for up to 6 people and boasts a large private rear garden overlooking the fabulous communal gardens and pool area.  Since Novogolf first came online, we have continually managed to rent several properties here and each and every guest has been very pleased with the standard of property and the location which has led to most guest re-booking and returning year after year.  This apartment will continue that trend as it has been very well furnished and maintained to ensure your stay here is as relaxing and comfortable as possible.  The apartment is a good size and is made ip of the entrance hall that leads to the fully fitted kitchen and separate utility room.  On the other side of the hall, you have the entrance to the guest bathroom which has a walk in shower and the guest bedroom.  This bedroom has built in wardrobes, a double bed and also a set of single bunk beds meaning that up to four people could share this bedroom.  Continue along the hall and you will see the entrance to the master bedroom suite.  This has built in wardrobes, a double bed and a full en-suite bathroom along with patio doors leading to the rear private garden area.  The spacious lounge and dining area is at the end of the hallway and again this has been very well furnished and has patio doors leading to the garden and BBQ area.  The garden has direct access to the communal pool and garden area and open views across to the local commercial area.  The apartment has been fitted with hot and cold air conditioning in the lounge and both bedrooms, has WiFi and international television channels.  The furnishing and beds are all to a high standard and you even have a private parking space.  Just a few minutes walk from the famous Villamartin Plaza and golf course it has an ideal location with local bus stops nearby and La Zenia Boulevard shopping center and Blue flag beach just a couple of kilometers away, there is something for everyone to enjoy.
