Cozy penthouse apartment with WiFi in St. James Park

This lovely little apartment is perfectly located for a relaxing quiet getaway in a small private gated community and overlooks the fantastic communal pool and garden area. Set on the first floor, the apartment is reached by stair access and opens up to the entrance hall which looks across the main living area. The lounge has a dining area along with a comfortable L shape sofa, UK television (Freeview), hot and cold air conditioning, WiFi and patio doors leading to a balcony which overlooks the adjacent community and parkland. The kitchen is located at the other end of the lounge and is fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare snacks or meals during your stay. A small hallway from the lounge leads to the newly refurbished bathroom with walk in shower, guest bedroom and master bedroom. The guest bedroom has metal bunk beds comprised of a double bed on the bottom and single bed on the top. There are drawers and a free standing wardrobe along with an electric fan for those warmer nights. The master bedroom has a large double bed with plenty of storage space in the built in wardrobes and dressing table. The stairs outside the apartment continue up to the private solarium where you have the perfect space for lazy days in the sun overlooking the pool and relaxing or cooking on the BBQ after a day on the beach or golf course with a newly refurbished solarium area

The apartment is very well equipped and furnished and is located within walking distance to local bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Campoamor Golf course and the comercial centre of La Fuente are also a very short walk away. Local beaches can easily be reached by bus, taxi or car and are around 3km from the apartment. There are good public transport links but we do always recommend car hire for getting around and parking is available free of charge within the community.
